This is an experimental feature for animated FLIF support on ezgif.

Poly FLIF browser polifill used to display FLIF images on ezgif currently does not support animation speed and loop control, and none of the popular browsers support FLIF format natively, so at the moment there is not much practical use for this tool. Nonetheless, if you want to create animated FLIF, you can do it here.
