Add overlay over animated GIF

This tool allows you to place an image (preferably in PNG, WebP or GIF format) over animated GIF.
Useful for adding overlay pictures, decorative frames, logos or watermarks to GIFs.
Partially (alpha channel) transparent PNG's are supported.

How to add watermark or logo to a GIF?
