How to freeze a GIF at a specific time?

Sometimes you may want to stop or pause a GIF animation at a specific frame.

Simply upload a GIF, find the frame where you would like the animation to pause, and enter a longer delay time for the specific frame. Frame delays are in hundredths of a second, so for a 2-second pause, enter "200".
