Turn static image into animated GIF

This free online tool allows you to add simple animations to static images and convert them into animated GIFs, APNGs, WebP or AVIF files. You only need to upload one static image and select the animation effect you want to apply. Currently supports "Waving Flag", "Zoom", "Horizontal Scroll" and "Vertical Scroll" effects.

How to use:

  1. Upload your image - Click "Choose File" and select a static image (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, etc.)
  2. Select animation effect - Choose from Waving Flag, Zoom, Horizontal Scroll, or Vertical Scroll
  3. Adjust settings - Customize the animation parameters like amplitude, frames, or zoom levels

  5. Create animation - Click "Create Animation!" to generate your animated image

Animation Effects:

  • Waving Flag: Creates a realistic flag waving effect by applying wave distortion with customizable amplitude and wavelength
  • Zoom: Gradually zooms in or out from your image with adjustable start and end scale percentages
  • Horizontal Scroll: Creates a seamless horizontal scrolling effect across your image
  • Vertical Scroll: Creates a seamless vertical scrolling effect down your image
